We offer standard and expedited shipping across the country. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while oversized furniture items may require 7-10 business days for specialized handling. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer assembly services for large furniture pieces?
Yes, we offer a 'White Glove Delivery' service for an additional fee, which includes professional assembly and placement of your furniture in the room of your choice, as well as removal of all packaging materials.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also track your order status directly through your Moores Homemakers account dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
